At Radical Partners, I oversaw the research, design, implementation, and impact assessment of the organization's consulting arm. We focused on helping non-profits identify and achieve their goals faster with clarity, efficiency, and innovation.
Key part of creating and implementing skill building workshops and strategy retreats for C-Suites across leading Miami based non-profits.

Give Miami Day
I designed and implemented a series of in-person and virtual workshops to help over a hundred Miami non-profits build their fundraising strategies. I also worked closely with The Miami Foundation to plan and show-run ‘Mission Control Center’; an all day in-person event that hosted hundreds of guests.
GET Champions
This program was catered to tech leaders in Miami who were committed to strengthening their companies’ DEIB policies. It consisted of 4 virtual workshops and 3 in-person gatherings. I was in charge of program implementation, communications and event planning.
FilmGate Miami
I had the opportunity to support Fusion: FilmGate X Frost Science Museum Immersive Dome Experiences as a panel moderator for the Creators X AI and Mental Health and Wellbeing sessions.
